BY PURCHASING ONE OF MY DESIGNS, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.☆ My work is for personal use only.
You obtain only partial rights to the design. If you want commercial rights you have to purchase them separately (dm me for prices)☆ You are not permitted, under any circumstance, to use any part of my works in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in space.
Use of the artwork for any advertisement or profits associated with non-fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.☆ Please also refrain from using my work for AI image generation. Don't use any drawn commission and/or adopt as material to train an AI model.☆ holds and payment plans are acceptable as long as there's a small down payment.
If you fail to pay the full amount in a timely manner you be refunded, and the character will be put back on sale.☆ When bidding, please specify if it'll be a hold or payment plan, and how long the hold/plan will be.
I prefer upfront so I may accept a lower upfront offer.☆ Design changes are acceptable so long as I'm given proper credit for the design. You don't have to ask.☆ Don't delete your bids or ghost me. Communicate with me!! I won't be annoyed.☆ I do not take rush orders. I do my best to complete owed art in a timely manner, but at times I have different things to attend to, which may cause delays.
